Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund amount will be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs for verification before approving a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

If a prepaid order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If a replacement is approved, Dhra Organic Cosmetics will bear the replacement shipping cost.
